1. To properly identify ourselves and the creditor to the debtor As the outsourced party, as representative by the clients, can not pretend ourselves as the employee of the client 2. Should conduct the collection process in a professional & legal manner. The following behavior is prohibited: 2-1. The threat to take any action that cannot legally be taken or that is not intended to be taken 2-2 . The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader 2-3. The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person 2-4. To call the debtor at any unusual time which should be known to be inconvenient to the debtor 2-5. To collect the amount which is not authorized by the agreement made with the creditor 2-6. Can not use debtors information for other purpose besides collecting the debt 2-7. To violate the public morale 2-8.Causing a telephone to ring or engaging the debtor or such related person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number 2-9. Can only use companys telecommunication equipment to communicate with the debtors or other related third parties, exception under permission 2-10. Any fraud information includes collection record is prohibited. 2-11. Any dispute conversation to the client is prohibited. 2-12. Pretend to be the lawyer 2-13. Any discriminated conversation against certain sexuality, work, religion or minority is prohibited 2-14. Misleading the debtor(or related party) by falsely representing juridical department for legal proceeding in order to collect the money 2-15. Any settlement shall be approved by creditor 2-16. Working part time outside the company with same field of job 2-17. Causing company at a loss because of improper behavior for personal performance or benefit 3. Contacting time We are allowed to make call within 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, except collector has made the appointment with the debtor during other so called inconvenience timing. |
