1991 - Signed first Agency Contract for credit card collections with American            Express in Taiwan.

1994 - Purchased a 10 seat collection system from the USA.
1995 - UCS joins ACA.
1996 - UCS invited to join TCM Group International.
1997 - Established UCS Collection Training Program. Expanded premise size to            7,200 sq. ft. (200 pings)
  1998 - Entered telecommunication market to provide collection            services.
         - Exceeded NTD 10 million in monthly collections.
1999 - UCS developed CASH collection system goes on-line
 
  2000 - Exceeded NTD 50 million in monthly collections. Established            3rd core business to provide basic collection training to banks.
           - Established 4th core business to provide business support              services to banks, including legal attest letter processing.
           - Contract signed to sell UCS CASH Collection system to             Fubon Bank & International Bank of Taipei.
 
2001 - UCS staff exceeds 300 people.
          - Exceeded NTD 150 million in total payments.
          - Began the purchase of Non-Performing Loans.
 
  2002 - Automatic dialing (CTI system) integrated with computer            and telephone goes on-line.
           - Entered corporate and personal credit loan market to             provide collection services.
2003 - Entered Non-performing Loan Market through Assets Management            Companies to provide collection and appraisal services.
